Every Ironvel order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. Wear it, wash it, put it to the test — if you're not happy with the fit, the feel, or the results, we'll make it right.

Refunds

You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a full refund. To start a return, email support@ironvel.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with simple return instructions — usually within one business day.

Once your return is approved and processed, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Free Size Exchanges

Wrong size? It happens — compression wear fits differently than regular clothing. Size exchanges are free: email us your order number and the size you need, and we'll ship the replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund immediately — no return required.
